In view of the constantly changing nature of health insurance (eg, higher deductables, copays differing according to companies, providers having prefered or participating status) please contact my office for individualized estimates of your out-of-pocket expenses.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Cash Fee Discounts
The most affordable rates can be offered to individuals who pay at the time of service thus saving the time and expense of insurance billing and reimbursement. When bundling four or more sessions even better rates can be offered. Please contact my office for the most current and accurate information.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified my office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Complimentary billing is provided for clients wishing to use their “out of network” insurance benefits. The full cost of the session is required at the time of service. Insurance co-payments are due at the time of service. Clients with insurance deductibles must pay the full session fee at the time of service until their deductibles have been met.
